This is not a venture in that sense but an undertaking that I will learn about our customers’ needs. To help me on this journey, our team will bring their experience in supplying produce to many of Scotland’s best hotels, eating places and venues, including our own restaurants.

My years in this industry have given me an understanding of how essential it is to provide quality, flavour and freshness to one’s kitchen, both in the restaurant and in one’s home. Earthworks will endeavour to ensure that we procure the very best produce at hand. I accept that this will not be done overnight as we build upon our relationships with growers, more locally sourced produce and one-off enthusiast growers, beekeepers and foragers.

As part of our commitment to be an ethical organisation, we are working our way towards building a Zero waste business, one that protects and helps preserves the environment for future generations to come. To help with that, we are building up relationships with the 3^rd sector food providers.

We know that Stockbridge rightly deserves a high standard of produce and service; we will do our best not to fall short on that.
